3. Counter-Notification

  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its previous location.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed by mistake.

  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country or region.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

Pharm Radio reserves the right to terminate access or remove accounts that repeatedly violate or infringe upon copyright laws.
